I know how you feel because I've been there, from burnt out and struggling to feeling grounded and grateful for this crazy season.
I have been stuck in bed with no immune system due to stress overload, where I couldn't move my neck or say anything without crying. That was a REALLY hard season of burnout, where I finally decided I was done being stuck in the cycle, and had to figure out how to live outside survival mode for my kids' sake. I needed to find this out not only so I could have the energy to be a present mom for them, but also so I could teach them how to not get stuck in the same cycle.
